Inventor

Since 2015, Leitmann Innovations has researched, designed and patented original systems in electronics thermal management, renewable energy, and augmented reality with distributed ledgers. The work usually starts where a need exists and nobody has built the answer yet.

Method and System for Cooling Heat-Generating Electronic Components Using Continuous Oxygen-Concentration Control of an Intentionally Flammable Two-Phase Dielectric Working Fluid

Thermal management · Two-phase cooling · Patent pending

Two-phase dielectric cooling carries heat away from electronics by boiling a fluid directly on the hot components. The fluids that do this best are often flammable, so the industry has avoided them.

This invention uses a flammable fluid on purpose. It keeps it safe by continuously controlling the oxygen concentration around the working fluid, so a flammable mixture never forms.

Computer-Implemented System and Method for Providing a Digital Asset Marketplace

Augmented reality · Blockchain · Geolocation

A marketplace that places digital assets in the physical world. Owners pin artwork, sound, video or advertising to a real location such as a shop window, a building wall, or a person wearing an NFC-enabled garment or implant. Each location carries its own geo-location.

Buyers find the pieces on a map, but they can only see them in person, through an AR device, once they arrive. Each location can hold several layers of assets to swipe through. A purchase or trade transfers ownership on-chain, and cross-chain transfers use paired smart contracts: the asset is locked on its source chain and released on the destination chain.

Conceived years before "phygital" had a name.

Modular Hydro Turbine for Use of Renewable Energy

Renewable energy · Domestic hydro

A micro hydro generator made to fit inside a standard 90 mm residential downpipe. Rain running off the roof drives a turbine on a through-shaft. At each end of the shaft, a bevel gear and pinion step the speed up 2.5:1 into a DC generator, so one turbine drives two generators.

The modules couple end to end and can be wired in series or parallel, so a single downpipe can carry a whole stack. The output feeds existing solar inverters or off-grid battery systems, and one electrician can do the install. The same architecture scales to water mains, stormwater and tidal flow.

Workshop Management & Parts Lookup

Automotive · Web platform

A replacement for an automotive workshop's off-the-shelf management software, built around the job the front desk does most: finding the right part, fast.

Staff enter a registration, and the system resolves the vehicle's make, model, year and variant, then searches supplier catalogues and returns exact part numbers for that vehicle. Every lookup feeds a growing internal vehicle database, so repeat work is instant.

Gym & Martial Arts Operations Platform

Fitness · Full-stack web platform

A complete web-based platform to run a gym, from the front door to the back office.

Members check in live and staff see who's on the floor as it happens. Payments sync in real time through a Square integration. The martial arts side tracks each student's rank and grading history, sends grading reminders, and allocates instructors to classes.

Behind that sit client profiles, admin roles with an overview dashboard, a sales CRM for leads, and a newsletter tool that publishes straight to the public website.

Leave Request Agents

Applied AI · HR automation

A multi-layered agent system that handles staff sick and holiday leave from the moment it's requested to the moment payroll is squared away.

Requests come in however staff find easiest: a phone call, an email or a web form. The agents read each request, pull out who, what and when, and check it. They then write the change straight into the Google Calendar staff roster and log it in Google Sheets for HR and payroll reconciliation. No one re-keys anything.

Tech Support Agent

Applied AI · Support

An AI support agent for everyday people with everyday tech problems: computers, phones, printers, Wi-Fi.

It works the way a good technician does. It asks the right questions, narrows down the cause, and talks the user through the fix one step at a time in plain language, checking each step worked before moving on.

About

The practice

Every Leitmann Innovations invention is carried by one person from start to finish: the research, the system architecture, prototyping and CAD, drafting the specification, prosecuting it with patent counsel, and planning how it reaches the market.

The inventions cross fields on purpose. A cooling system for electronics, a downpipe generator and a spatial asset ledger share one habit of mind: spot the gap between how things are and where they're heading, then build what fills it.
